Yin Yoga, Acupressure, and Drumming

In 2022, we created a Day Retreat integrating Yin Yoga, Acupressure, and Drumming again visiting the scenic 230 acres Woolman Campus in Nevada City, CA.

At this Retreat, my friend Robin Patrick-Miernicki, that leads drum circles on the Central Coast of California came to be a guest teacher for us. She brought us the drums and led us creating the beats and joining our voices.

It was an amazing and inspiring event and most of us had never drummed before and left energized with the rhythm!
